The Compliance program supports and enhances all of MimiClon’s business efforts by providing clear guidelines for our employees and other stakeholders, as well as reducing our level of risk.

The Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct (the “Standards”) outlined here are essential to our shared goal of building and maintaining that trust. The Standards also reflect our Company values.

Our corporate integrity is critical to our collective achievement. Each employee or agent who acts for MimiClon is responsible for its good name. We must demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices in all of our actions, both inside and outside the Company. Therefore, MimiClon expects every employee to comply with the principles and guidelines laid out in these Standards.

The purpose of these Standards is to provide an overview of expected ethical behavior, answer questions about what is and is not appropriate conduct, and explain how to report possible violations of law or ethical principles within MimiClon. We know that many of the issues we routinely encounter are complex, and that most of us are not legal experts. However, we do expect that the entire MimiClon team will use sound judgement and common sense as we strive to comply with these Standards and other applicable requirements, and that our employees and agents will seek advice when any uncertainty arises.

Please find the MimiClon Educational Grant request form attached in the link provided. If you have any questions regarding the request form or request process please contact MimiClon’s Professional Relations Department at compliance@acell.com.

All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event or educational program occurring. MimiClon does not provide Educational Grants for events/programs that have already occurred. Please be sure to submit all the required documentation with your completed request form.

Once the completed packet has been submitted you should receive communication on the status of your request within 2 weeks from the date of submission.

Please find the MimiClon Donation request form attached in the link provided. If you have any questions regarding the request form or request process please contact MimiClon’s Professional Relations Department at compliance@acell.com.

All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event occurring. MimiClon does not provide Donations for events/programs that have already occurred. All requesting organizations must be non-profit/tax-exempt. Please be sure to submit all the required documentation with your completed request form.

Once the completed packet has been submitted you should receive communication on the status of your request within 2 weeks from the date of submission.

Please find the MimiClon Indigent Care Application attached in the link provided. If you have any questions regarding the request form or request process please contact MimiClon’s Professional Relations Department at compliance@acell.com.

All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the surgery occurring. MimiClon will consider requests submitted less than 2 weeks in emergency situations. MimiClon Sales reps are prohibited from providing product from their own inventory. All products must come from MimiClon Corporate and will be provided directly to the requesting physician and/or treating facility.

Once the completed packet has been submitted you should receive communication on the status of your request within 3-5 days from the date of submission.
